Ms. Cheng 程老师集演奏家、教育家与阿尔伯塔省青少年艺术活动领导者于一身，

拥有丰富的舞台与教学经验。作为阿尔伯塔国际青年艺术家协会（AIYAA）执行

主席兼艺术总监，她不仅致力于培养高水平的青少年音乐人才，更为学生搭建顶

级的演出与发展平台。

Ms. Cheng is an accomplished concert pianist, educator, and adjudicator with extensive

experience in both performance and pedagogy. She is actively engaged in developing

young musicians through high-level training, competitions, and performance platforms.

Inclusive Education: My doors are open to all sincere learners with no audition barriers or screening thresholds. As long as the student is dedicated and the parents are supportive, I never turn away a student based on their individual circumstances.
Personalized Approach: I respect every child's unique pace of growth and focus on maximizing their individual strengths. Every student receives the same level of dedication, regardless of their learning speed.
Specialized Support: Through years of collaboration with university departments and mental health organizations, I have extensive experience instructing and supporting students with special needs.
Signature Teaching Style: Rigorous expectations combined with a gentle yet firm approach. By utilizing a continuous reward system and maintaining proactive, effective communication with parents, I help students build independent and self-driven practice habits.
